SANTA CLARA—Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said Friday that receiver Tyler Lockett was feeling good despite a hip injury that had kept him out of practice earlier in the week and had him listed as questionable for Sunday's game, and indeed Lockett will play as the Seahawks take on the 49ers at Levi's Stadium.
Also active after being listed as questionable is defensive end Alton Robinson, and he should have a bigger role in the pass-rotation for the second straight week with linebacker Benson Mayowa out with a neck injury.
Also out due to injury are receiver Dee Eskridge, who was listed as doubtful, as well as right tackle Brandon Shell, who was ruled out on Friday. Jamarco Jones, who started in Shell's place last week, is also inactive, so the Seahawks will have a new starter, either Jake Curhan, who split time with Jones last week, or Cedric Ogbuehi, who was activated from injured reserve this week.
Tight end Colby Parkinson, who was also activated from IR this week, is active and should see significant playing time with Gerald Everett on the COVID-19 list.
The 49ers will have tight end George Kittle, who was questionable with a calf injury, but will be without cornerbacks Josh Norman and K'Waun Williams, as well as running back Elijah Mitchell.
Here are the inactives for both teams:
