After suffering injuries in the Seahawks' Week 2 loss to the Los Angeles Rams, receivers Doug Baldwin (knee) and Tyler Lockett (knee) were limited participants during Wednesday's practice at Renton's Virginia Mason Athletic Center, while running back Thomas Rawls (shin) was held out.
Earlier Wednesday, Seattle head coach Pete Carroll said he believes all three players could play against the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday at CenturyLink Field, noting that of the three players Rawls would be limited to start the week of work.
Outside of that trio of Seahawks, quarterback Russell Wilson (ankle) and running back C.J. Prosise (wrist) practiced in full on Wednesday, while tight end Jimmy Graham (knee) and defensive end Cliff Avril (hamstring) were limited. Tight end Nick Vannett (ankle) and offensive lineman Germain Ifedi (ankle), meanwhile, sat out Wednesday's practice alongside Rawls.
"I think he's getting closer," offensive line coach Tom Cable said after practice of Ifedi, the team's 2016 first-round pick and expected starter at right guard who has missed the first two regular season games. "I think he may even do some work later this week, so we'll see what comes on Sunday."
For the Niners, offensive tackle Anthony Davis was the only player to not participate in Wednesday's session.
