Wednesday Practice Report: Luke Willson (Knee) Fully Participates For Seahawks

A closer look at Wednesday's practice report for the Seahawks and Packers ahead of their Week 14 game at Green Bay.

After missing this past weekend's 40-7 win over the Carolina Panthers to injury, wide receiver Paul Richardson (hamstring), linebacker Brock Coyle (foot), and tight end Luke Willson (knee) were all on the practice field to start Week 14 for the Seahawks. Richardson and Coyle worked in limited fashion while Willson worked in full, with Seattle head coach Pete Carroll noting earlier Wednesday that all three players have a chance to make it back for this Sunday's game against the Packers in Green Bay.

Linebacker Mike Morgan (hip), who was activated off injured reserve this past Saturday, was a non-participant during Wednesday's practice, as were running back C.J. Prosise (shoulder), fullback Will Tukuafu (concussion), who's in the concussion protocol, and defensive end Damontre Moore (foot). Defensive tackle Ahtyba Rubin (not injury related) and tight end Jimmy Graham (not injury related), meanwhile, also did not practice on Wednesday, likely signaling a day of rest for the pair of veterans.

Also of note for the Seahawks is that defensive end Michael Bennett (knee) was a full participant on Wednesday. Bennett underwent arthroscopic surgery earlier this season and missed five games as a result. This past weekend's win over the Panthers was Bennett's first game back from injury and the fact that he was a full participant to start a new week is an encouraging sign that he made it through the game OK.

For Green Bay, outside linebacker Nick Perry (hand), who leads the Packers with a career-high 8.0 sacks, will miss this weekend's game against the Seahawks, head coach Mike McCarthy announced earlier Wednesday. Sitting out alongside Perry on Wednesday was Clay Matthews (shoulder), who will also sit out on Thursday according to McCarthy, who added that the team will evaluate where the linebacker is come Saturday.
