Updates on the Seahawks’ injury situation heading into their Week 12 game at Washington, including game status designation.

Saturday's Injury Report

The Seahawks have ruled out five players ahead of their trip to Washington, including starting guard Damien Lewis, as well as versatile reserve lineman Jamarco Jones. Also out are running backs Rashaad Penny and Travis Homer, leaving Seattle with just two healthy running backs on the 53-man roster, Alex Collins and DeeJay Dallas. The Seahawks do have two running backs on the practice squad should they want to elevate one or both for depth: Josh Johnson, who has been with the team all season since signing as an undrafted free agent, and B.J. Emmons, who was added to the practice squad earlier in the week. If the Seahawks want to add offensive line depth, one practice squad option who has regular-season and postseason playing experience is former fourth-round pick Phil Haynes.

On a positive note, cornerback D.J. Reed, who missed last week's game with a knee injury, does not a have game status designation, meaning he is ready to go.

Thursday's Injury Report

The Seahawks kicked off their practice week on Wednesday, a day earlier than normal with a Monday game coming up, but that allowed players to have Thanksgiving off. But while the Seahawks didn't practice Thanksgiving, they are required to submit an injury report, so Thursday's report is an estimation of participation had they practiced.

Six players were listed as non-participants due to injury, though one of them, cornerback Tre Brown, will likely end up on injured reserve soon having had season-ending knee surgery earlier in the week. Listed as not practicing due to injury were linebacker Benson Mayowa (knee), guard Damien Lewis (elbow), tackle Jamarco Jones (back), receiver DK Metcalf (foot) and running back Rashaad Penny (hamstring).
