Friday's Injury Report

The Seahawks could be without starting left guard Damien Lewis for second straight game, as he is listed as doubtful. Lewis missed last week's game with an elbow injury but Seahawks coach Pete Carroll expressed optimism he could be back this week, but after practicing Wednesday, Lewis didn't practice Thursday and had a non-injury-related/medical designation added to his status. Kyle Fuller, who started in Lewis' place last week, does not have an injury designation after missing practice early in the week, so he should be available if Lewis can't go.

Three of Seattle's four running backs on the 53-man roster are questionable: Alex Collins (abdomen), Rashaad Penny (hamstring) and Travis Homer (calf). With only DeeJay Dallas fully healthy, the Seahawks have options to add help from the practice squad by elevating either Josh Johnson, who was elevated last week, or Adrian Peterson, who signed with the team Wednesday.

The 49ers, meanwhile, will be missing some key players, with linebacker Dre Greenlaw and receiver Deebo Samuel both ruled out, and with linebacker Fred Warner listed as doubtful.

Wednesday's Injury Report

Coming off of a Monday night game, the Seahawks held a walk-through practice instead of their usual Wednesday practice, so the injury report below is an estimation of participation had they held a full practice.

Offensive lineman Kyle Fuller, who started at left guard in place of an injured Damien Lewis, was the only player listed as a non-participant due to an ankle injury. Lewis, who has a good chance to get back this week according to Pete Carroll, was listed as limited, as was, among others, Rashaad Penny, who missed Monday's game with a hamstring injury. Among those listed as full participants was running back Travis Homer, who was out Monday with a calf injury, as well as defensive tackle Al Woods (knee) and linebacker Cody Barton (calf), who both limped off the field at points in Monday's game, but were both able to return to action.

Among the 49ers players not practicing are two top players expected to be out this week, linebacker Fred Warner (hamstring) and receiver Deebo Samuel (groin).
