Friday's Injury Report

The Seahawks will be without three players for Sunday's game, including starting right tackle Brandon Shell, who has been ruled out with an ankle injury sustained late in Seattle's Week 2 loss to Tennessee. Also ruled out are receiver Dee Eskridge (concussion) and running back Rashaad Penny (calf), both of whom will miss their second straight game.

The Seahawks have one player listed as questionable, linebacker Benson Mayowa (neck), and no players listed as doubtful. Defensive tackle Bryan Mone, who missed last week's game with an elbow injury, is not listed on the final injury report, meaning he is ready to go.

For the Vikings, all eyes during pregame warmups will be on Pro-Bowl running back Dalvin Cook, who is questionable with an ankle injury and who did not practice all week. The Vikings will be without starting linebacker Anthony Barr (knee), as well as tackle Christian Darrisaw (groin) and cornerback Harrison Hand (hamstring).

Defensive tackle Bryan Mone, who is trying to make it back from an elbow injury that kept him out in Week 2, was limited for the second straight day. Also limited due to injuries were Swain, linebacker Benson Mayowa and safety Marquise Blair. Receiver DK Metcalf, who was listed with a knee injury but was a full participant Wednesday, was removed from the list altogether on Thursday.

For the Vikings, Pro-Bowl running back Dalvin Cook missed his second straight day with an ankle injury, while linebacker Eric Kendricks and cornerback Bashaud Breeland went from limited Wednesday to full participants Thursday.

Wednesday's Injury Report

The Seahawks opened their week of preparation with four players sitting out due to injury, one of which was not known ahead of time, with receiver Freddie Swain out with a back injury. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said in his Wednesday press conference that receiver Dee Eskridge (concussion), tackle Brandon Shell (ankle) and running back Rashaad Penny (calf) would not practice so those absences were all expected.

On an encouraging note, defensive tackle Bryan Mone, who missed Seattle's Week 2 game with an elbow injury, was able to practice, albeit on a limited basis.

For the Vikings, the most significant injury news is that Pro Bowl running back Dalvin Cook didn't practice due to an ankle injury.
