Updates on the Seahawks’ injury situation heading into their Week 5 games against the Los Angeles Rams, including gameday injury designations.

Wednesday's Injury Report

The Seahawks will play a fourth straight game without rookie receiver Dee Eskridge, who was ruled out due to the concussion he sustained in the season opener at Indianapolis.

The Seahawks could also be without starting running back Chris Carson, who is listed as questionable with a neck injury. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said after Wednesday that Carson, who didn't practice all week, will be a game-day decision.

On a more positive note, the Seahawks should have their pass rush at full strength, or close to it, after that appeared to be a big concern early in the week. Neither Darrell Taylor (ankle) nor Carlos Dunlap II (toe), who both came out of last weekend's game with injuries, were on the final injury report, meaning both should be good to go. Linebacker Benson Mayowa, who has missed two games with a neck injury, is listed as questionable, but did practice fully on Wednesday, and Carroll said "things are looking up" for his chances of playing.

Also off the injury report is right tackle Brandon Shell, so he should be back after missing two games with an ankle injury.

The Rams, meanwhile, have no players listed on the final injury report, meaning everyone on the roster should be available. L.A. had four players on the injury report as limited the previous two days, but Rams coach Sean McVay told reporters Monday that all four should be available.

Tuesday's Injury Report

The Seahawks have several players trending in the right direction two days before their NFC West clash with the Rams, but there was one notable new injury on the report, with Chris Carson not practicing due to a neck injury. Additionally, receiver Dee Eskridge, who is trying to get back from a Week 1 concussion, did not practice, not encouraging news after he was listed as limited a day earlier.

On a more positive note, Darrell Taylor, who was listed as a non-participant on Monday's report, was limited Tuesday, and Penny Hart went from not practicing to full participation. Brandon Shell, who has missed two games with an ankle injury, went from limited to full participation, as did safety Jamal Adams (ankle), tackle Jamarco Jones (illness), and linebacker Benson Mayowa (neck).

The Rams' injury report remained unchanged from Monday, with four players listed as limited.

Monday's Injury Report

With a short week, the Seahawks didn't practice Monday, but did hold a walkthrough, then they'll hit the field for practice Tuesday and Wednesday. While there was no practice, teams playing Thursday are required to submit a report on Monday that is an estimation of participation had the team practiced.

And based off of that estimation, two players who sustained injuries in Sunday's win over the 49ers wouldn't have been on the field, defensive end Darrell Taylor (ankle) and receiver Penny Hart (knee). Another seven players were listed as limited, including right tackle Brandon Shell, who is hoping to return from an ankle injury, and linebacker Benson Mayowa, who is trying to get back from a neck injury.

Safety Jamal Adams (shoulder) and linebacker Carlos Dunlap II (toe) were also limited with injuries that are new coming out of Sunday's game, while Dee Eskridge (concussion) and DK Metcalf (foot), were limited with injuries dating back to last week or beyond.
