Friday Injury Report

The Seahawks have made it through the week in the best shape they've been in all season in terms of health as there aren't any players listed as out or doubtful for Sunday's contest in Baltimore. There are four players that are questionable for Week 9 including guards Anthony Bradford and Phil Haynes, running back Kenny McIntosh and nose tackle Austin Faoliu. Haynes has been in and out of the lineup recently due to a calf injury but could make his return this week for a pivotal matchup against the AFC North leading Baltimore Ravens. "He worked well today, so he was out there going," said head coach Pete Carroll when asked about Haynes. While he made good progress this week, it's still undecided if the starting guard will be ready for Sunday.

Wide receivers Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf each missed a practice this week but fully practiced on Friday and will play in Baltimore. After missing practice on Thursday due to an illness, Damien Lewis fully returned to practice on Friday and will be available on Sunday.

The Ravens made it through the week without ruling any players out against Seattle but do have one player listed as doubtful and three players that are questionable. Safety Marcus Williams was limited all week with a hamstring injury and could be a game time decision for Sunday. "He did well. Hamstring [injuries] are tricky. We'll just have to see going into the game," said Ravens head coach John Harbaugh when asked about Williams. "[It'll] probably be right up to it. We'll see [and] see where he's at."

Thursday Injury Report

There were four players that missed Thursday's practice, but Tyler Lockett and Jamal Adams made it back in a limited capacity. Former LSU guards Anthony Bradford and Damien Lewis missed practice on Thursday due to injuries/illnesses. Lewis has been dealing with an ankle injury but was able to be a full participant in practice to start the week. He wasn't able to practice on Thursday however as he is also dealing with an illness on top of his ankle injury. After being limited in the first practice of the week, Bradford was held out of practice on Thursday due to an ankle injury. DK Metcalf and Bobby Wagner didn't practice today but it should not cause any concern as Wagner was held out for rest and Metcalf was able to play in the team's most recent game despite having the hip issue.

Linebacker Boye Mafe, who has a sack in five straight games, was a limited participant in practice for the second consecutive day with a shoulder injury. In good news, Phil Haynes made it back to practice as a full participant as he has been suffering from a calf injury for the past few weeks. Haynes has missed three games this season with the calf injury but could make a return this week barring any setbacks.

The Ravens got some of their starters back at practice on Thursday as Odell Beckham Jr., Gus Edwards and Ronnie Stanley returned to practice after missing it on Wednesday. For the second straight day, safety Marcus Williams was limited because of a hamstring injury.

Wednesday Injury Report

The Seahawks continue to make major strides in getting healthier as Wednesday's injury report only lists two players as absent from practice due to injury. One of those players is Tyler Lockett who has been dealing with a hamstring injury for the past few weeks but has not missed any game time. The ninth-year man is coming off one of his most productive games of the season as he had eight receptions on nine targets for 81 yards and a touchdown in the first quarter in the win over the Browns. Jamal Adams was the other player who missed practice to start the week but was held out for resting purposes which has been a common occurrence since returning from injury.

Two guards, Anthony Bradford and Phil Haynes were limited in practice on Wednesday due to lower body injuries.  Haynes has been in and out of the lineup this season due to a calf injury but is making his way back to the field. "Just going to take it a day at a time," said coach Pete Carroll when asked about Haynes. "We're happy to have him back and we're going to see if he can fit in."

While two guards were limited in practice today, another fully practiced despite dealing with an ankle injury. Damien Lewis fully participated in practice after playing the entire game in Week 8 versus Cleveland. He made it through the game without any setbacks and should be ready to go for Sunday in Baltimore.

The team got running back Kenny McIntosh and nose tackle Austin Faoliu back at practice last week and they are making good progress in making their way back to game action as both were full participants in practice today. "Kenny (McIntosh) is there. He's practicing with us full speed and going," said coach Carroll. We have to see when the opportunity comes."

The Baltimore Ravens had a few key players on offensive side of the ball that were held out of practice on Wednesday due to injuries. Tackles Ronnie Stanley and Morgan Moses as well as receiver Odell Beckham Jr. missed practice because of shoulder injuries. Also missing practice was the team's leading rusher Gus Edwards who is coming off of a season high 80-yards and three touchdowns against the Arizona Cardinals.
